Delicious and wonderful breakfast to start the day, great food. Luxurious and spotless units available with sunset balcony and a beautiful tub. Particularly good and amazing location to see the sights or to pub street, large restaurants in the local area.

Staff at Privilege Floor is very kind and well trained - they try their best so much that it might give a feeling of "too much" (true luxury in service is more about a light, classy touch). Having a driver available is clearly a positive point to enjoy the stay in Siem Reap and visit the sites. Food in lounge is really good, for breakfast as well as for the evening cocktail. Free services and amenities are at the level of a good club floor.
The Privilege Floor is actually just the club floor part of the Borei hotel, but rooms are the same and they are far from luxury - actually these are basic Cambodian style rooms you get in most 3 - 4 stars hotels in Siem Reap. At this level of price, there are much better hotels in Siem Reap. Overall, because of the poor quality of the rooms, one can get for the same price a better deal by choosing a true luxury hotel and book car+driver separately.

This was inded the best hotel I have ever stayed in. This is truely rirst class and the staff were the best trained and nicest people ever. Jackie looked after us as a friend. He ensured we were well and that we were properly looed after. He could not have done anything more. Our driver, Prang and guide, Picture were the best and although they treated us not only like kings and queens but like family. They were very professional and really made our stay the best on on 3 week holiday. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Your are really loosing out if you have not experienced this venue.

The experience was pleasant, would stay here again. Everything was nice, but a few employees were completely unprofessional. The location was perfect and nice for trip in Siem Reap. Had good and fabulous meal in the café.
My room had not so good view.

The Privilege Floor By Borei Angkor offers exceptional value for money, providing a luxurious experience at a very affordable price. The prices for the rooms are surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the high level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff. The hotel's location, surrounded by tropical gardens and conveniently close to the Angkor temples, adds to its appeal. Furthermore, the basic amenities provided in the rooms, designed in authentic Cambodian style with large bathrooms, exceed expectations. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel is truly a treat, offering a wide variety of delicious made-to-order dishes.
All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

This is the most customer-attentive hotel that I (64-y) have experienced so far and this is principally due to this customer service that the P.F has delivered to us throughout our 2-night stay. It started by being welcome at the airport, having a driver and a cell phone at disposal during our entire stay, and being brought back to the airport on departure day and always with the same contact staff. I will also mention complimentary breakfast, happy hour, laundry etc... A special thanks to Alex, Mol and Say but through them we want to thank all the staff at the P.F. It has been a privilege to stay at the Privilege Floor. Keep up the good work.
Minor disturbance by construction work to end early 2013 to make the P.F even better.
